      Composite Insulators are widely used in grid because of light weight and good antifouling performance. Under the same electric arc distance, reconstruction of line creep distance adjusting ,Glass insulators and Porcelain insulators can’t meet design requirements. Anti-Wind Deflection Composite Insulators researched and developed by our company can effectively prevent occurrence of wind deflection and flashover. The design principle of Anti-Wind Deflection Composite Insulators is to increase insulator bending resistance, decrease wind deflection and equipped with specially made fixed electric fittings(fixing and linking method of upper electric fittings can be cooperated with customers) to satisfy line safe operation through increasing composite insulators mandrel size. Currently, voltage class of Anti-Wind Deflection Composite Insulators are 35kV,66kV,110 kV,220 kV, in additionally , we can design and manufacture other size according to customers’ needs.
